How did your addiction begin?

It all started somewhere, at some pivotal point in our lives…At an earlier time, we couldn’t handle the bitterness of that dark caffeine-riddled drink that so many of us have grown to love. Mine started with an addiction to Mexican Mochas back when I was about 19 years old. Prior to this point, I loved the smell of coffee but couldn’t stand the taste. Add a little milk and deliciously sweet and spiced Mexican chocolate, and VOILA! Instant addiction! As time went by, my tastes slowly shifted to straight black coffee and now on to espresso by itself or the morning pick-me-up of a fresh made French Press cup o’ Joe. What’s your story? What was your first introduction into the world of addiction?
